Scope of work for this project of the following: Base Bid work includes removal of existing tennis surfacing, adjustment of court location, addition of two new courts, new fencing, nets, windscreen, etc. Public Notice Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Avon Lake City School District as provided in this notice for the Tennis Courts Renovation Project. Questions may be directed to Marie Dowling, Behnke Associates, Inc., at mdowling@ behnkela.com. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Bidders shall submit written questions to Marie Dowling, Behnke Associates, Inc., at mdowling@behnkela.com, by 12:00 P.M. 04/06/2024
