SFY 2022 Road Resurfacing/Improvement Project Division St. (Rte 9 to Railroad Ave): The project requires clearing the site, 20 LF of 12-inch PVC storm pipe, two (2) Type "E" inlets, 3535 SY of milling, 2 tons HMA Intermediate Course, 532 tons HMA Surface Course, driveway restoration, pavement striping and marking, 24 SF regulatory and warning signs and 2400 LF of turf repairs. A Buy America Compliance Plan is required to confirm that the material meets the Buy America requirements and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which includes the Build America, Buy America Act Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same at the Township Finance Office. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Township of Eagleswood reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Eagleswood in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Township of Eagleswood hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof.
