SFY 2024 Road Resurfacing/Improvement Project - Cestone Court (from Dock Road to End): The project requires clearing the site, 1370 SY pavement removal, 96LF of 12-inch HDPE recharge trench, 134 LF 12-inch HDPE pipe, two (2) type "A" inlets, two(2) Type "E" inlets, 1370 SY DGA, 247 tons HMA Base Course, 205 tons HMA Surface Course, driveway restoration, pavement striping and marking, regulatory and warning signs and 650 LF turf repair. CHECK MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO TOWNSHIP OF EAGLESWOOD. If a FedEX or UPS account is not available and they have to be mailed, an additional payment of$30.00 will be required and that check must be made payable to Owen, Little & Associates,Inc. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. The Township of Eagleswood reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Eagleswood in an amount equal to ten percent (10%)of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. The Township of Eagleswood hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. The Township further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest Total Bid Amount and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Township. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
