Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Remove & replace AHU#2 use existing curb, ducting, utilities, & tie into BAS. Curb adapters are not acceptable. Curb must remain at the same height. AKA no curb adapter. -Lighting protection will need to be extended. -Remove and install new compressor in AHU#1 -Install new roof hatch and hardware. -BAS is LON, if BACnet is used a new com line must be ran to the JACE -SOW includes updating existing sequencing on 3 AHUs -BCI's must be provided, and approved. -An approved schedule is required for all work -Work hours are restricted to M-F 3 PM to 10 PM. (no work on holidays & Weekends or between October and January.) Roof access is extremely limited, good planning is critical. -must meet all requirements from code inspector and commissioning agent. Construction Cost Estimate: $171,247.00 ONLY FIRMS PRE-QUALIFIED DURING STAGE I OF THE RFS ARE ALLOWED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT QUESTIONS DEADLINE Tuesday, October 10, 2023 3:00 PM
