AH-1 and Curb is Owner Provided also we will Crane onto Roof. Contractor will Provide and Install complete HVAC including any Roof penetrations. Owner will provide Curb, T&B, and will supply Controls, Roof repair, and Plumbing. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
