Site work for a water / sewer project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
project has been cancelled as per adda 1. The work consists of installing a covered parking structure which includes, but is not limited to, disposal and replacement of existing asphalt, concrete, and installation of utilities. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: demolition, removal, and disposal of 11,000 square yards of asphalt, 450 linear feet of curb and gutter, two storm drain boxes, and 60 linear feet of chain link fence. The Work also includes, but is not limited to, the installation of 13,000 square yards of asphalt, 5,400 square feet of concrete, 450 linear feet of curb and gutter, 400 square feet of concrete drive approach, placement of 3,500 cubic yards of imported granular borrow, 800 linear feet of 15" RCP, 800 linear feet of conduit, 500 linear feet of 8" SDR35 PVC, 150 linear feet of 6" ductile iron water, 9 3' x 3' catch basins, 7 60" O SDMH, 3 60" SSMH, and 3 storm tech chamber systems. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. The Work will be Substantially Complete by August 1, 2024. Provo City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of Provo City.
