December 31, 2023, to December 31, 2024, Snow and Ice Removal Bids shall be for the type of equipment specified or their equivalent. All available equipment shall be delivered to any site in West Pikeland Township as designated by the Foreman of the West Pikeland Township Public Works Department or other designated representative of the Township. Equipment shall be in good working order and shall include the services of an experienced operator with the license to operate the equipment. List of Equipment: 4X4 truck w/ 9aEUR(TM) plow (minimum) 8,500 minimum GVW w/ operator aEUR" 100 hrs. 4X4 truck 8,500 minimum GVW w/ spreader aEUR" 100 hrs. 4X4 truck w/ 9aEUR(TM) plow (minimum) 8,500 minimum GVW w/ spreader & operator aEUR" 100 hrs. 4X4 truck 8,500 minimum GVW w/ operator aEUR" 100 hrs. Dump Truck 26,000 (or greater) GVW w/ spreader, 10aEUR(TM) plow & operator aEUR" 100 hrs. Dump Truck 26,000 (or greater) GVW w/ spreader & operator aEUR" 100 hrs. 4x4 Backhoe (85 HP or greater) w/ operator aEUR" 25 hrs. The hours shown are estimated and do not constitute a guarantee of any hours. Bidders shall use the salt stockpile located on Township property at Walnut Lane. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bids must be on forms furnished by the Township.
