Description

Site work and new construction of a military facility in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

This Design/Build project will provide an Army Reserve Center (ARC) in the vicinity of Bluffdale, Utah, designed to accommodate approximately 2,000 Army Reserve personnel. The center will feature essential facilities, including an ARC Training Building, a collocated Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) and Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS), as well as an Organizational Storage Building. This comprehensive facility will adhere to stringent design criteria, security measures, sustainability standards, and accessibility provisions to ensure its functionality and longevity.
