The work consists of providing HVAC services on an as-needed basis under a three (3) year contract, with the option to extend up to two (2) years. During the course of any given year, the City anticipates using between $50,000 and $100,000 in services per year. However, annual services may vary greatly depending on available City resources for scheduled and emergency work.
