Renovation of an educational facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: One-Two Sentences Use Design-Build contracting for turn-key modernization of three 40 yr old hydraulic elevators located in separate buildings on Main Campus. Modernization will include ADA renovations, new controllers, doors, upgraded car finishes, shaft lighting improvements, and upgraded elevator room equipment and finishes. Approved OC-25 # 20256050084 Modernize of two public access hydraulic elevators serving ECU theatre arts buildings (Messick and McGinnis) and one public access elevator serving ECU Human Resources offices (Bldg 127). In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the designer on the team responding must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
