Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes: the contractor shall perform the work as represented on the attached drawings and specifications. The work to be done under this contract consists of the reconstruction of existing pavement, addition of sidewalk on one side, construction of a box culvert, storm drainage facilities, and water quality features. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items noted above in accordance with all the requirements of these specifications, and the drawings made a part thereof. Existing amenities damaged during construction shall be replaced at no cost to the owner.
