Renovation of a residential development in Truro, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Scope of work as noted on the drawings will include the construction of a new foundation and placement of an additional existing single-family residential structure (Pamet Cottage) on that foundation. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any or all bids. Base Bid scope of work for the project is to install and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and to perform all operations required for constructing renovations and additions for an existing single-family residential structure (Walsh Cottage) that will be relocated by the Town to 25 South Highland Rd, Truro, MA. The work at 25 South Highland Road will include installation of a new foundation to receive the relocated structure, building addition, exterior and interior building repairs and renovations, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. Site work includes the installation of a new septic system, and other site utility work to include electrical service, on-site well, telephone and cable. Bid Alternate #1 Scope of work as noted on the drawings will include the construction of a new foundation and placement of an additional existing single-family residential structure (Pamet Cottage) on that foundation. Bid Alternate #2 Scope of work as noted on the drawings, includes building additions, exterior and interior building repairs and renovations, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work to the Pamet Cottage. Site work includes the connection of the cottage to on-site utilities installed as part of the base bid Requests for interpretation of plans and specifications related to Sub-bid Categories shall be submitted in writing to pimentelm@wseinc.com , until 5:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, February 23, 2024.
