Description of Proposal: The proposed project is the construction of a three-story apartment building consisting of eight residential units. Eight parking spaces are proposed at grade level behind ground floor space and under upper floors. Frontage improvements along the property street frontage consisting of curb, gutter, landscape strip and sidewalk will also be constructed as part of the project. Box 1307, Issaquah, WA 98027, 425-837-3083, dougy@issaquahwa.gov SEPA Review: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. Comment Period: This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and 197-11-680(3)(a)vii. There is a 14-day comment period for this determination, between October 5, 2023 to October 19, 2023. Anyone wishing to comment may submit written comments to the Project Planner at the email address or mailing address above. The Responsible Official may reconsider the determination based on timely comments. Appeal Period: Any person aggrieved by this determination may appeal by filing a Notice of Appeal no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 19, 2023 and paying the $1,653.75 filing fee. Appeals may be filed electronically by emailing the same to CPDSupportServices@ issaquahwa.gov A hard copy of the Notice of Appeal and a check for the filing fee must be deposited in the mail addressed to City of Issaquah Permit Center, Attention Candy Baer, PO Box 1307, Issaquah, WA 98027 and post-marked no later than October 19, 2023, for the appeal to be valid.
