Attendance will be taken at each site visit, and will be shared in the addendum. The Asheville Business Inclusion Policy requires Minority and Women Business Enterprise outreach on City contracts. Additionally, N.C.G.S. 143-128.2 requires minority and women business outreach for building construction projects requiring the below provided information to be reported to the State of North Carolina Office of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). The Bidder shall provide applicable ABI Documentation, as described in the project manual - Asheville Business Inclusion (ABI Goals) - with their bid in order to be deemed responsive. Failure to do so will result in the Bidders bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified.
