Renovation of a detention facility in Bunker Hill, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of October 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work scope consists of replacing the Food Service building steam system in the mechanical room including steam/condensate and domestic water piping, gas vents, boiler feedwater heater, softeners and chemical mixing station. IN addition, the domestic hot water heaters will be replaced. The construction work includes all equipment, lifting, piping, insulation, and electrical work to provide a complete and operable system. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Request for Clarification Form must be received at Applied Engineering no later than 5:00 PM (local time), on October 10lh, 2023.
