Renovation of a detention facility in Bunker Hill, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work scope consists ofreplacing the Medium Housing Unit P rooftop HVAC equipment and fans and upgrading the smoke evacuation system to current code. The construction work includes all equipment, crane lifts, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical work to provide a complete and operable system. Upon return of documents the deposit will be refunded ifthe documents are returned within thirty (30) days of bid opening. The Request for Clarification Form must be received at Applied Engineering no later than 5:00 PM (local time), on February 27th, 2024.
