** As of July 30, 2025, project was awarded to Hinshaw Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc with an awarded amount of $454,865 ** (for projects estimated over $150,000). Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If the valuation oftbis project is $150,000 or more, bids shall be accepted only from bidders who hold a valid Certificate of Qualification from the State Certification Board, Public Works Division, Department of Administration, in accordance with 25 Indiana Administrative Code (IAC) 2-4-2 for the following classifications of work: 1761.01 Membrane Roofing Work For questions concerning certification, call the Executive Secretary of the Certification Board, at (317) 232-3005. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Bond or certified check with its bid that complies with the requirements contained in the Bidding Documents. The Request for Clarification Form must be received at the Commissions offices and ARSEE Engineers no later than 10:00 a.m. (Indianapolis time), on June 24,2025.
