Site work for a water / sewer project in Hillsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of Division I -Replacement of approximately 2,850 linear feet of water line, reconnecting 33 customers, and related appurtenances as shown on the Plans and as described in the Contract Documents on Lyons Circle and Bohon Street. Division II - Replacement of approximately 1,480 linear feet of water line, reconnecting 15 customers, and related appurtenances as shown on the Plans and as described in the Contract Documents on Jett Street. The Work has been divided into two construction contracts, Division I and Division II. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form . The total value of all such construction, removal, repair or improvements undertaken by such person within any 12- month period containing the bid and shall place in the bid over his signature whichever of the following notations is appropriate: Licensed Class A Virginia Contractor No. Licensed Class B Virginia Contractor . Document note : Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. located at 1861 Pratt Drive, Suite 1100, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060 upon nonrefundable payment of $200 for each 22 x 34 set, $100 for each 11 x 17 set, or downloaded free of charge at online.
