The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide anti-icing equipment and traffic control with operators to apply anti-icing on Interstate I-77, located in Carroll County, within the Salem District. Shall be for a two (2) year period with the effective date to be determined at time of award. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST on August 9, 2024.
