All questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to: Annette Solet, asolet@cityofsandusky.com Any questions submitted and answers thereto, clarifications or Request for Proposals amendments shall be distributed to those parties that requested or have been sent an original RFP. Last day for questions shall be 8:00am on Thursday, October 26, 2023. All proposals must be received on time and in full compliance with the instructions contained in the RFP. The City of Sandusky reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, and to withdraw this solicitation at any time. The City of Sandusky reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any of the Proposals received and to award to the offeror whose proposal best meet the needs of the City of Sandusky. The City of Sandusky is looking to contract with a company for a two year term, with service months of each running as March through October for Lawn Spraying Services at the Mills Creek Golf Course located at 1933 Mills Street, consisting of nine holes. The City wishes to contract with a certified lawn care company for the application of environmentally friendly chemicals to help maintain the fairways and tees, along with, preventing noxious weeds from growing on the course. The City is looking for a spring, late-spring, eight summer sprays and a fall service, any services rendered outside of these terms by the City shall be paid for on a time and material basis
