The City of Jonesville is accepng sealed bids for the labor and materials for the installaon of a Make-Up Air Unit for the Digester Building at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Addi onal Work: It is ancipated that the contractor will be able to ulize the exisng electrical and natural gas connecons, as well as the exisng duct work for the new installaon. The bidder shall idenfy any ancipated work that is outside of the scope of the bid at the me of bid. Any unforeseen condions that are idenfied during installaon shall be brought to the immediate aenon of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent for resoluon. Service Aer Installaon: The successful bidder shall be qualified to complete warranty diagnosis and repairs on installed equipment. The bidder shall also confirm that they are qualified to complete nonwarranty repairs aer installaon and expiraon of manufacturer's warranty. Proof of Insurance: Proof of Workers Compensaon Insurance coverage and proof of acceptable Comprehensive General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of bodily injury of $1 Million Dollars per occurrence and $2 Million Dollars aggregate and with minimum limits for property damage of $1 Million per occurrence and $2 Million Dollars aggregate will be required upon bid award. Bids shall state that the bidder has the appropriate insurance coverages. Property Inspecon: There is no pre-bid meeng.
