Enquiries are to be submitted in writing quoting the RFQ number and name by 2:00 PM on October 25, 2023 to: tenders@castlegar.ca. Supply of Calcium Chloride shall be from December 1, 2023, to March 16, 2024 This Request for Quotation (the RFQ) is an invitation by the City of Castlegar (the City) to prospective proponents to submit non-binding quotations for the supply and delivery of Calcium Chloride as a de-icing and anti-icing product for the 2023/2024 winter season. The prospective proponent will delivery and fill a 25,000L tank approximately 8-10 times throughoutthe season. Deliveries must be made between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday to 4500 Minto Road, Castlegar, BC V1N 4B3. The City reserves the right to request one or more of the Proponents whose submissions are of particular interest to the City to make oral presentations to the City.
