Phase 400, 500 Design, and as Needed 600 & 700 Construction, Services Respectively to Support the Michigan National Guard 2024 Annual Training Within the Gaylord District for Projects at Wilderness State Park, Including: 1. Pondside Trail- Upgrade of Approximately 1,800 Feet of Trail Surface to Ada Compliance. The Project Includes the Replacement of Two Wooden Pedestrian Bridges (40-45 Foot Long), Short Lengths of Boardwalk, the Removal of Organic Material and Compacted Stone Over the Remaining Length of the Trail. 2. Bunkhouse #3- New Accessible Walkways and Parking Area. Accessible Walkways to Both Entrances, Connect Walkway to New Accessible Parking Area and Existing Vault Toilets. 3. Dining Hall- New Electrical Service to Building and New Gravel Overflow Parking Area for Approximately Ten Vehicles. 4. Sturgeon Bay Swamp Line Trailhead- Add Gravel and Reshape Parking Lot to Improve Drainage, Add Ada Parking Area and Walkways to Connect Vault Toilet, Hand Pump and Informational Signage.
