Install a 5 ton unit, 150,000 BTU Bryant Legacy - 5 Ton Packaged Rooftop Air Conditioning Unit (208/230/3-60) with economizer, or approved equal. 6. Adjust setting for fan speed and gas pressure. 7. Install CO decotor and smoke detector per code. The City of Wayne Building & Engineering Department is accepting bids for the 2023 Courthouse Rooftop Unit at 34808 Sims, City of Wayne, 29th District Court. A Certified Check or Surety Bond, payable to the City of Wayne, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Proposed shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for received bids. All bids must be submitted on the bid form provided by the City of Wayne for that purpose.
