Saving Project...

Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Glenview, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of March 4, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on March 19, 2024 during the Board Meeting.** Scope of work will include the remodel of the kitchen and dayroom at fire station 14, with alternative bids for flooring and repainting in expanded areas of the corridor, lobby, and vestibule. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the full amount of the bid. A scanned copy of the bid bond must be included in the pdf file submission. The original bid bond must be mailed to the Village Hall, 2500 East Lake Avenue, Glenview, IL 60025 attention Purchasing Manager. The Village recommends using certified or priority mail options in order to have a tracking number. Offers may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after closing date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. February 9, 2024 Last day to submit questions and requests for clarification, before 11:00 AM The Village of Glenview reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village.
