Approximately 7,000 feet of water main installation, 973' of water main lining, miscellaneous sanitary sewer repairs, storm sewer installation, concrete curb & gutter, class D patching, HMA resurfacing, and parkway restoration. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals. Trench Paving work shall be paid for at the contract unit price per linear foot for TRENCH PAVING, of the depth specified, which price shall be in full for labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work as specified therein and as directed by the Engineer. Contractor must submit to the Village a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Illinois Department of Transportation for Work Category 012 (Drainage) prior to obtaining bidding documents for this project. Please note: Bid submissions received from firms that do not have a Certificate of Eligibility for the Work Category identified herein will be returned to the bidder unopened. Additionally, Bidders shall refer to the References portion of the Standard Terms and Conditions. Bids may be rejected if Bidder does not have a minimum of three (3) years' experience completing municipal water main construction with contract values of $1 million or larger.
