Contractor is to provide all tools, equipment, materials, and labor to Install sidewalk (curb and gutter remain unchanged). Grind all tree roots and re-pave the parking area. Remove all tripping hazards and make it safe for the public to use. Reset wheel stops, benchmark, water vault replacement and re-stripe parking area when complete. Install 4' 6" x 93' of 4" of PCC sidewalk. Install 4" of asphalt 18' x 104'. Grind, remove and dispose of all visible tree roots in paving zone and 4' x 5' x 4" asphalt at top landing of downward steps. Compact to industry standards. Install 14 wheel-stops 6' long (reusing old wheel stops). Reset the Parks Surveyors Benchmark on the new sidewalk. Raise and reset the water vault on the new concrete sidewalk. The water meter vault is broken, contractor will need to furnish and install a new vault (the metal lid is still in good shape and can be salvaged). Stripe nine (9) single line parking stalls on new paved asphalt.
