The Project consists of a 12,633 square foot addition to the existing bus garage building, which incorporates new office space and an eight (8) bay bus garage, and related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communications scope. Additional project scope includes remodeling of existing office spaces, new fire alarm system, civil and landscape scope, a new well, and septic system updates. The Project consists of the construction and alteration of the Tri-CAP Waite Park bus garage and related offices. Project consists of civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, well, and septic scope to construct a new addition to the existing building.
