Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of December 12, 2023, project was awarded to Mountain Peak Builders, LLC, awarded amount is $363,431.23.** Base Bid work includes full replacement of approximately 2200 SY of asphalt pavement and Portland cement valley gutter with Portland cement pavement and valley gutter, and aggregate base course; parking lot restriping and utility fixture adjustment; with minor improvements to adjacent Portland cement curb and gutter, driveways, and landscaping in the Council of Community Services Parking Lot between Rohan Avenue and 4-J Road, as appropriate and identified in the plans. Alternate Bid work includes full replacement of approximately 1215 SY of asphalt pavement and Portland cement valley gutter with Portland cement pavement and valley gutter, and aggregate base course; parking lot restriping; with minor improvements to landscaping in the Council of Community Services Parking Lot between Rohan Avenue and 4-J Road, as appropriate and identified in the plans. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing.
