The Campbell County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in biddings. The Rawhide Elementary School improvements project Base Bid scope involves the removal of 1007 SY of AC and PCC surfacing; 19 SY of PCC stair, handrails and components; installation of 1007 SY of varying PCC sidewalk with and without thickened edge, ADA ramps; installation of 19 SY of PCC stair with embedded handrail; associated base course and subgrade preparation; minor earthwork. Scope also includes remove and replace exterior light pole, conduit, and components, remove and replace minor fencing, remove and replace water valve, remove landscaping and install sod landscaping, remove and replace irrigation system and components.
