Remove and replace approximately 2,730 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and 1,800 LF of 4" PVC services, including manholes, drop-manhole, fittings, and appurtenance replacement and upgrades within Prairieview Drive from Morningside Drive to Sunrise Lane, Sunrise Lane, Highland Court, Prairieview Court, Morningside Drive and Circe Drive from Morningside Drive to Veterans Avenue. Remove and replace approximately 2,275 LF of 6" and 8" PVC water main and 1,555 LF of 3/4" poly services, including hydrants, valves, fittings, curb stops, and appurtenance replacement and upgrades within Prairieview Court, Highland Court and Sunrise Lane south of the Prairieview Drive intersection as well as Prairieview Drive. Full replacement of approximately 11,400 SY of asphaltic concrete pavement, Portland cement concrete pavement and aggregate base course to support utility effort with minor improvements to adjacent concrete curb and gutter, driveways, valley gutters, fillets, ADA ramps, sidewalk, and landscaping as appropriate and identified in the plans. Additional Description: Alternate work includes removing and replacing approximately 235 LF of 8" of sanitary sewer main and 121 LF of 4" services, including manholes, fittings, and appurtenance replacement and upgrades within Sunrise Lane from north side of Prairieview Drive intersection to Circle Drive. Limited replacement of approximately 565 SY of asphaltic concrete to support utility effort with minor improvements to adjacent concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and landscaping as appropriate and identified in the plans.
