Annual Inspection and Cleaning of Fire Alarm Systems. Questions Deadline: 11/7/2023 12:00 AM (MT) Response Deadline: 11/14/2023 10:00 AM (MT) Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Campbell County School District for ten (10) percent of the Base Bid. The Bid Bond pledges that the Bidder will enter into a contact with Campbell County School District on the terms stated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall provide a 100% percent of the contract Performance and Payment Bond or a Letter of Credit or any other security as approved by Campbell County School District as stated in the Instructions to the Bidder. As per Wyoming State Statute and Campbell County School District Board Policy, a 5% preference will be granted to local (in state) bidders. I hereby agree that this bid is irrevocable for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening of bids and prices shall remain firm. It is the intent to have the contract period run from January 12, 2024 to May 7, 2026, with the option to renew the contract, from January 1 through May 15, for three (3) additional years at the end of the contract period. A thirty (30) day written notice will be required to cancel this Agreement by either party at any time while this Agreement is in effect. Work for all schools will begin as soon as notice to proceed is given and be completed by May 7, of each calendar year with invoices delivered by May 24, of each calendar year Campbell County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any items, any part or all parts, any section or all sections, any bid or all bids as stated in the specifications; to waive any irregularities or informalities, or to re-bid or re-advertise for bids if it is determined to be necessary or desirable; and reserves the right to let the bid in any manner it sees fit.
