Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project includes the removal and disposal of two (2) existing natural gas boilers and select pumps, accessories, piping, temperature controls, and electrical in the existing Mechanical Room 021 and replaced with two (2) new natural gas boilers, pumps, accessories, temperature controls, and electrical. Work also includes select general construction work as further outlined on the mechanical drawings.
