McNairy County will receive separate sealed bids at the office of the County Mayor, 170 W. Court Avenue, Selmer, TN for the closure of the Class III Landfill, located on Airport Road. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided, sealed in an envelope marked, and plainly on the outside "BID FOR LANDFILL CLOSURE", and the BIDDER'S NAME. Bids of $25,000.00 or more must be by a licensed General Contractor and a license number and classification must be stated on the Bid Form. All bid forms must be properly submitted for the bid to be considered. McNairy County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
