The Work location is: Provincial Road 384 from Provincial Road 287 to 64 Km South to Community of Moose Lake Provincial Road 287 from 19 Km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 10 to 58 Km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 10 for a Distance of 39 Kms Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 24 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 30, 2024.
