Scope of Services o AREA A: Demo Women's Locker Room & Pool o Exterior Abatement as identified in the hazardous materials report and abatement specifications o Interior Abatement of Pool Equipment (Underneath Bleachers) as identified in the hazardous materials report and abatement specifications o Demolition of existing Pool as shown in the plans and specifications o Demolition of the Women's Locker Room as shown in the plans and specifications o Cap and removal of existing underground utilities as shown in the plans and specifications o Installation of owner furnished substation, including trenching, backfill and new concrete and asphalt o Replace existing electrical vault o Installation of new gas-fired water heater and expansion tank, including rerouting of utilities o Installation of new utilities as shown in the plans and specifications o AREA B: Exterior Abatement and Demo Bldg 71 & 72 o Exterior Abatement as identified in the hazardous materials report and abatement specifications o Demolition of existing buildings o Installation of owner furnished transformer and switchboard o Relocate and refeed light poles as shown in the plans and specifications o Reroute existing utilities as shown in the plans and specifications Building 80 is EXCLUDED from the scope of work and should NOT be included in the bid amount. Bid amounts must be separated by Area A and Area B. The District may award both aread or either Area A or B depending on budget. Bid Bond - 10.00% Payment Bond - 100.00% Performance Bond - 100.00% Bid Valid - 60 days Liquidated Damages - $2,500/day Start/Delivery Date - December 11, 2023 - May 31, 2024 Project Duration - 172 Calendar days It is anticipated that the project construction Phase I will commence on December 11, 2023 and be complete by May 31, 2024.
