Renovation of a municipal facility in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
South Plant Standby Generator & ATS Installation. Site prep and furnishing and installing import aggregate, reinforced concrete slabs,and galvanized steel stairs, elevated walkway, railing and framing and above ground electrical conduit support brackets and post as shown on the Drawings and as specified. All bid proposals must be submitted on the original forms furnished in the Bidding Documents and each must be accompanied by a certified or bank check or bidder s bond made payable to the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority will not provide paper copies for the Project bid documents for this project for bidding purposes. A copy of the plans and specifications may be reviewed at the administration office of the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Plant. The Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Board, and to waive any informality in the bids. contract will be awarded or all bids will be rejected within 60 days of the bid opening.
