The construction of a new 1.5-million-gallon composite elevated water storage tank located in the Reidville service level at 121 Apple Valley Road, Duncan, South Carolina, 29334. Construction of the elevated water storage tank shall include an elevated tank manufacturer designed foundation system; concrete column with suspended ceiling system; influent/effluent and overflow piping inside the column; sodium hypochlorite chemical feed system; steel bowl; coatings; access ladders and guardrail; electrical; installation of Owner provided instrumentation and telemetry equipment; installation of Owner provided mixing system equipment; heating and ventilation systems; approximately 220 linear feet of 20-inch influent/effluent yard piping; cleaning and disinfection of the interior bowl and piping; sitework; erosion control; and accessories and appurtenances. Additional construction in the Reidville service level includes demolishing and disposing of the existing 0.5-million-gallon elevated water storage tank, foundation system, and accessories and appurtenances located at 121 Apple Valley Road, Duncan, South Carolina, 29334. The Work also includes the construction of a new 1.25-million-gallon composite elevated water storage tank located in the Friendship service level located at 1692 HWY 357, Lyman, South Carolina, 29365. Construction of the elevated water storage tank shall include an elevated tank manufacturer designed foundation system; concrete column with suspended ceiling system; influent/effluent and overflow piping inside the column; sodium hypochlorite chemical feed system; steel bowl; coatings; access ladders and guardrail; electrical; installation of Owner provided instrumentation and telemetry equipment; installation of Owner provided mixing system equipment; heating and ventilation systems; approximately 485 linear feet of 20-inch influent/effluent yard piping; cleaning and disinfection of the interior bowl and piping; sitework; erosion control; and accessories and appurtenances.
