Renovation of a mixed-use development in Franklin, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work to be done shall consist of, but not be limited to, the supply and installation of S-2 Access Control Systems at the Franklin Municipal Building, the Keller Sullivan School Complex, and the Jefferson-Remington School Complex. All General Contractors must submit a Certificate of Eligibility in Electronic Security Systems from Capital Asset Management with the latest reviewed Commonwealth of MA Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance DCAMM Update Statement. the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a contractor to supply and install an access control system in three buildings located in the Town of Franklin. Work estimate: The Town estimates the cost of this project to be $210,000.00 Questions regarding this bid should be directed to the Purchasing Agent, Town of Frankl in at (508) 520- 4918 Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM or email pvickery@franklinma.gov at least three (3) business days prior to bid due date and time.
