Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 180,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Contractors (Proposers) for the purpose of establishing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) contract between the selected Proposer (Contractor) and Portland Community College (College) for the provision of the Rock Creek Campus Building #2 - CM/GC. This Solicitation will result in a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The work will take place in Washington County, Oregon. Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Emerging Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit a response to this Solicitation.
