The project will consist of, but not limited to, furnishing all personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary for the construction of the rehabilitation of Tom Bass 1 Park Life Station No. 5. It is generally described as follows: construction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 3-inch sanitary sewer force main, connection to existing Lift Station No. 2, six (6) air release and vacuum valve manholes, a 3" gate valve box, miscellaneous appurtenances to sanitary lines, Lift Station No. 5 Rehabilitation, including the demolition of existing equipment and piping, installation of pumps, piping, fittings, and control panel, removal and replacement of existing chain link fence for Precinct 1. County reserves the right for its agents to visit the project site and to interview contractor, its subcontractors and employees of each on any date or time, as often as desired during the construction period, without prior notification The scope of work for the proposed construction of the WASTEWATER SYSTEM REHABILITATION - TOM BASS 1 PARK LIFT STATION 5 Project consists of following items, and as shown on the construction drawings: A. Lift Station No. 5 Rehabilitation, complete in place: a) Demolition of existing Lift Station Equipment and piping per design b) Construction of proposed new equipment, pumps, piping, and fittings per design c) Construction of proposed new control panel per design B. Construction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 3-inch Sanitary Sewer Force Main line by open cut and trenchless construction methods. Force main two ends will be connected with Lift Station no. 5 and no.2. C. The construction of 06 proposed air release & vacuum valve manholes in flood zone and 01 proposed 3" gate valve in valve box per engineering design and specification. D. Construction of storm water pollution prevention plan shall be constructed per designed by consultant. E. All traffic for incoming and outgoing to the project area to be properly guided by signs and poles, also warning signs per HCED & TxDOT requirement together with entry and exit signs. D. Restoration & repair of damage caused by the construction: paving, golf field surfaces, drainage channels, golf structure or any other item that get damaged by construction work to be repaired and restored as prior to construction. E. Deep well pumps for dewatering will be considered an extra work item and will require approval by the field engineer. F. Remove and replace 72 Linear feet of existing chain link fence with 3-Strands barbed wire and 2 leaf of 6.0 feet wide gates
