Site work for a water / sewer project in Independence, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Piping replacement and minor renovations to Grayson County High School, Independence Middle and Tech Ed. Center all located at 110 Blue Devil Drive, Independence Virginia 24348. The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be according to Section 2.2-4330, of the Code of Virginia. Bidders failing to comply therewith waive all rights to claim an error. Contractor shall provide Labor, materials, operational equipment, and services necessary for the Plumbing upgrades and minor renovations to Grayson County High School, Independence Middle and Tech Ed. Center. The Project will be awarded on a lump sum basis of the Base Bid plus Alternates chosen at the owner's discretion and in any order.
