Grayson County Recreational Park Access Drive Question Deadline 05/17/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Project consists of the construction of a commercial entrance and a private 24' width paved access drive. The scope of work includes grading, erosion and sediment control, culvert and storm drain installations, fire hydrant relocation, curbing, and sidewalk installation. Contract is to be awarded on a lump sum basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with procedure (i) of Section 2.2 - 4330 of the Code of Virginia. BIDDER'S attention is invited to the requirements of Section 54.1, Chapter 11 of the Code of Virginia pertaining to registration and contractor licensure.
