Provide and install a Trane Heat Exchanger for the HVAC unit at the Administrative building. This solicitation is for the purchase, delivery and to perform installation of a TRANE HVAC Heat Exchanger (EXC01329) listed below. Installation will be performed on 1 (one) Trane HVAC unit Model #YCH240B4HFJB SERIAL # 913100551D at River North Correctional Center. Contractor must provide VADOC with a certificate of insurance as outlined in terms and conditions before work is to begin. 1. Provide and install 1(one) QTY. Heat Exchanger (Trane Part#EXC01329) for one (1) Trane HVAC unit located at the administrative building at RNCC. Trane Model #YCH240B4HFJB Serial#913100551D 2. Check operation of equipment 3. Test unit for safe and proper operation
