Architectural/Engineering services are requested for Master Planning and an Opinion of Probable Cost for development of affordable housing with potential to include an early childcare center, located on the approximate 30 acres of the southerly side of the Lookout Mountain Youth Services Center (LMYSC), located in Golden, CO. Site Master Plans should assume adherence to the Planning Instructions found on the Office of the State Architect / Planning / Planning Instructions webpage In addition, the site master plans should assume adherence to City of Golden Zoning and entitlement processes. Upon successful performance of Site Master Planning services, the successful consultant may be asked to perform program planning and/or design and construction services of the results of the Site Master Plan should additional funding become available. Consultants must be in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. Questions regarding the RFQ are due to Tana Lane tana.lane@state.co.us by November 9, 2023.
