The City of Merced (City), Public Works Department, invites your proposal to perform landscape maintenance services on identified Streetscapes, Medians, Well Sites, and Facilities. A Class C-27 landscaping contractor's license is required at the time your proposal is submitted. The contract agreement will be for a period of twenty-nine (29) months, commencing approximately February 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2026. The City has the option to extend the terms of the agreement for one-tothree additional periods of one-year, ending on June 30, 2029 You are hereby invited to submit a proposal based upon the requirements and conditions set forth in this RFP Questions pertaining to the RFP should be directed in writing, no later than 72 hours prior to proposal submission to: Juan Olmos, Tax Services Manager, phone number (209) 385-6806, olmosj@cityofmerced.org The City reserves the right to execute the contract to meet the available revenue of a specific Area, such as will-call landscape clean ups, reduced maintenance levels, etc. In addition, the City also reserves the right to contract Areas individually, multiple Areas bundled together, or in one (1) single contract.
