The project consists of a new building, located on Thompson Creek Road, Morristown, Tennessee. The building contain approximately 7,364 square feet with an alternate of an additional approximately 2,128 s.f. A site shelter and other s improvements are included. Labor and material performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the contracted work are a requirement for this project Qualification statements must be completed on unaltered AIA Document A305 - 2020, with Exhibits A-E, supplied by submitter. All parts of the statement must be completed. Submission of a partially completed statement may be cause rejection. The City of Morristown reserves the right to request additional information of any submitter. Submitters must be licensed in accordance with applicable law.
