The Town of Woodfin is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Riverside Park and Taylor's Wave construction Project. The Project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the enhancement of the existing park site at 1630 Riverside Drive, improvements to the expansion site at 1476 Riverside Drive, and the new Taylor's Wave feature situated in the French Broad River adjacent to Riverside Park. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids for any reason . Contractors offering a proposal must be licensed in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes for the type of work proposed. Anticipated contract award Wednesday, May 8, 2024
