Bidder shall offer pricing on the Village's pricing sheet. Bidders must note any items which the Bidder cannot perform or intends to subcontract. Proposal pricing must remain firm for the term of the agreement, and Bidders must propose a not-to-exceed price. The not-to-exceed price shall be all-inclusive of all meetings, telephone calls, transportation, materials, supplies, labor, equipment and any other costs required to fulfill the scope of work as identified herein. Bid Bond A cashier's or certified check shall accompany each bid, payable to the Village of Glencoe or a bid bond equal to five (5%) percent of the annual cost of service as proposed by the bidder. Bid deposits will be returned upon execution of contract documents with successful bidder The Village seeks a Contractor to deliver comprehensive custodial services ("Service") to multiple Village municipal buildings. The Service will be provided five (5) nights per week - Monday through Friday, and all work will be carried out in a thorough and workmanlike manner. In addition, day porter services will be required to provide light cleaning during the daytime hours, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at select Village facilities. Day porter will be provided daily instructions on cleaning to be performed. All equipment and cleaning supplies required shall be provided and maintained by the Contractor. The Village will provide all cleaning solution products, paper products and trash can liners. A limited amount of storage space will be available to the Contractor.
