Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glencoe, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Award to successful bidder will be made within sixty (60) days. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and must personally inspect the site to verify the scope of the work to be bid. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings or enactments of any governmental authority which are applicable to the work or the project. The successful bidder shall pay Cook County, Illinois Prevailing Wages and shall utilize equal opportunity hiring practices Any questions regarding the specifications or bid information must be directed to Kyle Kuhs, Director of Parks and Planning at (847)835-4648 or kkuhs@glencoeparkdistrict.com prior to bid submitting. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Glencoe Park District, Cook County, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to accept the bids deemed to be in the best interests of the Glencoe Park District.
